August 12 We have been away to a few shows recently, Posh is half way to her title and Solo can smell his title. All the babies have left for there new homes and we are enjoying reading about there and there families new adventures together. ciao Kate
July 29 The Vic Collie show has been and gone for another year we had a fun time both in and out of the ring. Kylie coming home with Australian Bred in Show (with no clothes on!) Freya winning her class, Tom coming 2nd, Brady a 3rd and Fancy and Posh acquitting themselves well. Bronte's babes start leaving for there new homes tomorrow, we wish you all lots of love and licks. ciao Kate
July 13 New photo's of Bronte;s babies added they are now 6 weeks old. Congatulations to Aileen Gibbons and Angus on collecting a puppy in group yesterday in Queensland - they have also pointed out before 12 months of age. New champion congratulations to Darren Orr and his UK import Ingledene Laytnite Downunda Blazer finished with a BOB also Aileen and Terry Jenkins with NEW CH Steadwyn Dark Treasure finishing today with a BOB. I chickened out of shows cause of the cold - but pruned the roses instead.
July 03 Kylie wins Best in Group (Group 1) under breed specialist Louise Thomas Van Der Weide, Tom follows her footsteps with Intermediate in Group, Freya is more than content to win 2 Best of Breeds to be pointed out until she reaches 12 months of age. Babies are growing - growing photos this weekend hopefully. ciao Kate
June 15 - Woohoo not only is he a new father to some lovely puppies, Tom has finished his title. Way to go Tom! New photo's of the babies have been added Ciao Kate
June 09 - Back from a flying visit to South Australia for there Collie Champ show. We had a great weekend winning BEST in SHOW with the lovely Kylie, following that with Puppy in Show to Smooth baby Freya who also took out Reserve CC and RBOB. The boys also did well with Tom winning his class and Pena Reserve dog challenge. Then at Non sporting, Working and Utility Show under Mrs G Apted Tom stepped up to the winners peg and took out Dog Challenge, Kylie added another Best of Breed as well as Intermediate in Group.
Pena children have also done well in Canberra over the weekend with Zeta taking out Best of Breed at there Champ club show as well as a Puppy in Group award.

June 1 - Bronte had her puppies this morning, 3 Sable bitches and 5 Sable dogs. All doing well.
May 11 - Congratulation to Aileen Gibbons and Angus on there Minor puppy in group win over the weekend. Pena's children have certainly exceeded our expectations, not only are there Challenge and BOB winners in ALL 4 litters, 3/4 have produced "In Group" winners as well.
May 1 Late results from last weekend. Pena's Smooth babies were on a roll the weekend just gone. Our young Freya pulled of 2 Minor puppies in group as well as 2 CC's 1 BOB & Shortlisted for BIG and 1 RBOB not bad going for a just turned 8 month old puppy. Janice Cook's Minnie (F. Miss Finland) picked up a Puppy in group award as well as BEST IN SHOW at the Collie Club of Victoria OPEN show, Owen (F. Fine Finish Only ) took out Minor puppy in Show. The weekend finishing with Zeta (F. Fairly Naked) taking out a 21 point BOB and Minor puppy in group at only her 2nd time out after a 2 month layoff. Thank you to the judges and these puppies owners for there fine effort.
The Rough faired well to - Tom still regaining his coat after his puppy loss picked up 2 more R.CC's and Kylie and Zara a R.CC each. The puppies are doing well hopefully more photo's will be added later today. Ciao Kate
April 22 Have just added last weeks photo's of Nova's babies to there webpage, they look twice as big again - but guess you'll just have to wait till Thursday to see for yourself :>)). A lovely sunny weekend was had up at Albury for the Deniliquin 3 show weekend, thank you to the judges for Freya's 2 Puppy in Group and 2 BOB awards, Kylies 2 BOB's and Tom and Zara each collected a CC and RCC respectively. Back in Melbourne on the Saturday Pena's Blue daughter F. Miss Finland collected a CC as well. ciao Kate
April 15 Congratulations to Sandra Henderson and her Pena daughter Foxbell Finished Neatly on their weekend win of Best of Breed. This now gives Pena a Best of Breed winning minor puppy from each of his 4 litters currently on the ground. Penny Brooks and her Flirt have also added a Baby puppy in Group win to their show tally. ciao Kate
April 13 Nova has had her babies 3 little cuties, watch them grow on there puppy page. Congratulations to Penny Brooks and her Mirriyuula C Juice Me on there Baby puppy of Breed at the Toowoomba Royal during the week, Flirt is a sister to Taz photoed below.
April 07 Congratulations to Elizabeth Regan and her Mirriyuula Shes A Devil on their debut win of Baby puppy in Group on the weekend, may there be many more, She is a daughter of our Phoenix and Grand - daughter of Bryce.
March 30 Just a quick cold trip to Bunyip yesterday, Pena took BOB over his daughter Freya who at 7 months old (just turned) is now a quarter of the way to her title. Collie Rough spoils came in the form of RBOB with Kylie and just the sheer joy of having Tom back in the ring again. Bette was U/S during the week and unfortunately is not having babies this time around. However we do hope to have babies from Tom and Bronte in early June. ciao Kate
March 26 Congratulations to Luna & Pat on collecting another challenge on Easter Monday, Not to be left behind Smoothie Pena children got into the action with 3 Challenges, 1 BoB and 2 RBoB as well as a Puppy in Group. Way to go everyone. Ciao Kate
March 11 - What a busy weekend it has been 4 shows in 2 days, the dogs behaved perfectly and were well rewarded :- 2 Reserve dog challenges and 1 dog Challenge for Pena, 1 Reserve Challenge and 2 Bitch Challenges with Reserve Best of Breed for Kylie, 1 Minor puppy in Group, 1 Reserve Challenge and 1 Challenge with Best of Breed for Freya, Solo also performed well winning 3/4 classes - he is just badly out of coat and will now have a rest. Janice Cook also came along for the ride doing well with her Phoenix daughter taking 3 Best of Breeds & an Intermediate in Group and her Pena daughter taking Baby puppy in Group at her last Baby show. Staying closer to home Jenny finished her Diane WOOOHOOOOO from your cousin Kylie. No shows till the end of the month for us so Happy Easter everyone. Ciao Kate
March 02 A "Dream Come Tru" Kylie has finished her title with Best of Breed and Intermediate in Group under Mr Mushet. We thank her supporters for being there when it counted. Kylie shared the occasion with Freya who won her first Challenge with Minor puppy in Group and the boys Solo and Pena who respectively won Rbob and Bob. Ciao Kate
February 25 - Congratulations once again to Pat, Alan and lovely Luna on another Bitch Challenge with Reserve Best of Breed, this time I had the camera there to take photo's
Freya also tasted some success taking out her last Baby puppy of Breed award, Pena completed the day with Reseve Dog Challenge and Runner up to Best of Breed. Ciao Kate
February 18- Thank you to Jenny and her girls for taking Pena away on the weekend to Saphire Coast for 3 shows, Pena has come home with 3 Challenges and 1 Best of Breed. Many Congratulations to team Jencol + 1 Doberman who had a GREAT weekend away.

January 13 Our first shows have been and gone. Pena collected a Best of Breed and Reserve Challenge, Freya a Baby puppy of Breed and a 2nd. Not having any Roughs in coat ourself we left that flagship up to Jenny with Dianne and Pat Newey with Luna how between them accounted for the 3 Best of Breeds - way to go Ladies. Not to be outdone Aldyth Adams finished her boys title a grandson of our CH Karava Kordite and CH Carluke Here I Am . Not forgetting up in Queensland Angus collected some nice wins too. Ciao Kate
January 07 A slightly cooler day so we ventured of to a show in what is to be the Roughies last show until the Autumn - though naked they didn't disapoint with Tom taking RCC & RBOB and Zara a R.CC. The Smooth father and daughter team did well with a Best of Breed for Pena and Baby of Breed for Freya. Up in Queensland Angus also collected a Baby of Breed award.

January 03, 2008 ~ So here we are in to another New Year, we wish everyone lots of luck. The home front has been very quite the hairies don't have any! and Freya is growing into an elegant young lady~ she just doesn't act like it. Angus went to a New Years eve show in QLD to go Baby puppy of Breed. Stay cool during the summer and we may get to a couple of shows now and again. Ciao Kate
